We are a unique specialised service which aims to promote the general well-being of individuals

We provide structured therapy programmes assisting groups of people to:-

  • Express their views and emotions
  • Learn breathing techniques
  • Exercise the mind as well as the body

 

Group sessions are facilitated by gentle physical and mental exercises, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, positive affirmations and interaction.
