GROUP THERAPY SESSIONS

 

Structured programmes assisting groups of people to:-

  • Learn controlled relaxation
  • Express their views and emotions
  • Learn breating techniques
  • Exercise the mind as well as the body

Facilitated by gentle physical and mental exercises, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, positive affirmations and interaction.

Programmes are focussed on the well-being of clients and various therapies are used in group settings with two way communication being encouraged.

The Well Being Sessions are carried out in an informal, light hearted and friendly way but always carefully structured to create a sense of mental and physical well-being, happiness and contentment for the participants.

 

 

 

Kent Well Being therapy sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.

The Kent Well Being team do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe medical treatments, nor interfere with the treatment of a GP or medical professional.
