What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique

 

Based on ancient principles of Eastern healing, EFT re-balances the body's energy systems, by tapping on Meridian points that were first mapped out 5,000 years ago.

EFT involves tapping on specific points on your face and upper body, whilst tuning into a specific problem.

The Practitioner’s role is to assist in creating Set-Up phrases to be spoken during the tapping rounds.

You don’t have to reveal the cause of your distress, just mentally tuning into a particular incident is enough.

Tapping sends signals directly to your brain causing secretion of serotonin.

A deficiency of serotonin can lead to depression, anxiety and addictions.

 

Tapping also helps lymph flow more freely, helping to clear harmful energy toxins.

 

It is now a well-known fact that 80-90% of illnesses are caused by negative emotions.

 

Using EFT can improve many problems, by dealing with emotional issues.

 

The list for it’s  application is almost endless.
